Tower Hamlets Council Pension Fund has an exciting opportunity for a Dementia Day Centre Officer to join our team.

In this specialist role, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality, person-centred service that meets the needs of vulnerable adults living with moderate to severe dementia and supports their carers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a keyworker for service users, taking into account their physical, psychological, cultural, social, and religious needs.
  • Developing and utilising specialist dementia care techniques to enable individualised support plans to be developed.
  • Assisting service users in all aspects of personal care and hygiene to ensure a high-quality, culturally appropriate service is delivered.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
