Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Advisor to join our team at Optical Express Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with patients and ensure regular communication prior to and following their treatment. You will also assist in patient consultations and practice visits, undertake diagnostic scans, and accurately maintain patient records.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, be able to communicate clearly and articulately with a diverse range of people, and have a passion for providing world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assisting in patient consultations / practice visits
  • Undertaking diagnostic scans on patients using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
  • Accurately maintaining patient records
