Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and drive sales efforts through lead generation, cold outreach, and client meetings.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK market, targeting companies and researchers needing pre-clinical CRO services.
- Leverage your scientific expertise to connect with clients in a meaningful way, showcasing the value of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted scientific advisor and partner.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's needs, presenting tailored solutions that align with their pre-clinical research objectives.
Requirements:
- PhD in Immunology, Biology, Pharmacology, Toxicology, or a related field.
- Mandarin fluency.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the pre-clinical CRO or related scientific industry.
- Strong scientific acumen with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Proven ability to drive new business and manage complex client relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the UK up to 50% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.
