Job Title: Clinical Diabetes Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Diabetes Specialist to join our team at Chemistree Solutions Ltd. as a Nurse Adviser. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes in line with National guidelines.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the field of Diabetes, supporting healthcare professionals and patients to make informed decisions about treatment pathways. As a specialist nurse advisor, you will work together with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals to deliver the most up-to-date care for their patients.

Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and support to patients with diabetes in primary care settings
Provide education, advice, and guidance to healthcare professionals on best practice in diabetes management
Work collaboratively with patients and practices to optimize treatment pathways and improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Current (NMC) Registration
  • Diabetes Diploma or Equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience (post registration) managing diabetes within primary care.
  • Knowledgeable and confident in the provision of education, support and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes.
  • Skills and knowledge in the optimisation of oral hypoglycaemics.
  • IT literacy, to include primary care systems.

Salary:

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package including a basic salary, company car or car allowance, bonus, NMC/RCN fees, pension scheme, private health insurance and additional benefits.
