About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Advisor - Field Based Mental Health Specialist to join our team at NHS Practitioner Health. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of healthcare professionals struggling with mental health and addiction issues. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and support to individuals, teams, and organizations across England, helping them to improve their mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical advice and guidance to healthcare professionals, including assessment, treatment planning, and case management. You will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, commissioners, and other organizations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines to improve mental health services for healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have relevant clinical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of mental health and addiction issues, as well as experience of working in a similar role, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a registered healthcare professional with a recognized qualification in a relevant field, such as psychology, nursing, or medicine.
