Clinical Diabetes Specialist

Chemistree Solutions is a leading service provider driving healthcare strategies to deliver measurable outcomes in Diabetes, Respiratory and Cardiovascular disease areas.

We are seeking a Clinical Diabetes Specialist to join our team. As a specialist nurse advisor with an intimate understanding of national treatment guidelines, you will work together with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals to deliver the most up-to-date care for their patients.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years experience (post registration) managing diabetes within primary care. You should be knowledgeable and confident in the provision of education, support and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes, as well as skilled in the optimisation of oral hypoglycaemics.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive basic salary, company car or car allowance, bonus, NMC/RCN fees, pension scheme, private health and additional package benefits.
