Primary Care Diabetes Expert

Connaught Resourcing is partnering with a national service provider to recruit Primary Care Diabetes Experts nationwide. This exceptional opportunity offers the chance to develop a nationwide diabetes team and contribute to improving the quality of life for individuals living with Type 2 Diabetes.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience post-registration in managing diabetes within primary care, with a strong understanding of the current best practices and guidelines. They will be knowledgeable about the provision of education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes and have skills and knowledge in the optimisation of oral hypoglycaemics. In addition, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
This is a hybrid-working position that offers a great balance between clinic-based work and home-based activities. The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including an annual bonus incentive scheme, car allowance or company car, company pension, private medical insurance, NMC/RCN fees, monthly broadband contribution, daily lunch allowance when in practice, and 25 days annual leave (pro-rata for part-time).
