Clinical Diabetes Specialist Nurse

Connaught Resourcing is a leading healthcare recruitment agency working with a national service provider to recruit permanent Diabetes Specialist Nurses across the country.
This role involves working within primary care settings, conducting clinics in community locations such as GP practices, care homes, and health centres, while also working from home.
The ideal candidate will have a Diabetes diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 years of experience managing diabetes in primary care, and be knowledgeable in the provision of education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes.
Key skills include optimisation of oral hypoglycaemics, IT literacy, and full driving licence. The salary for this position is £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including annual bonus incentive scheme, car allowance, company pension, private medical insurance, and more.
