Harrison Scott Associates is seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to join their team. As a Dry Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all staff achieve specified quality standards in the gluing production areas.

The ideal candidate will have all-round operational knowledge of the gluing production environment and supervisory experience either in an official or unofficial capacity.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining required levels of capable staff within production to meet delivery and performance targets in a cost-effective manner.
  2. Ensuring that all staff are fully briefed to required quality standards.

Competitive salary based on experience: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum. Working hours: 36 hours. Benefits include 26 days annual holidays plus 8 bank holidays per annum. Shift pattern – Days: 07:00 to 15:15 Monday to Thursday and 07:00 to 12:00 Friday.

The successful person will need to have a pro-active, organised approach to work with the ability to multi-task without compromising attention to detail and remain calm under pressure.
