As a key member of the maintenance team at City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This exciting opportunity as a Climate Control Specialist offers a competitive salary of £46,865.77 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across several site locations, working efficiently on their own or as part of a team to achieve agreed timescales and response times. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, as is the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities will include completing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules within agreed timescales, responding promptly to service call requests from the Helpdesk, prioritising maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times, ordering spares according to laid-down procedures, and identifying non-repairable faults in plant and machinery.

A key feature of this role is the requirement to ensure that compliance documentation is always completed and up to date, as well as carrying out surveys and completing reports as required by management. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of technical developments and be able to keep their skills up to date through training courses.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need to have a strong educational background, ideally GCSE level or above, and possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
