Ground Control is seeking a skilled Regional Manager to join our Arb Rail & Infrastructure division.

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity on an 18-month fixed-term contract to contribute to the performance and growth of the division and ensure we exceed our client's expectations on safety, quality, and operational delivery.

The successful candidate will be involved in arb & de-veg projects, with the potential to also include fencing and minor civils work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Site Supervisors and sites to exceed client and internal KPIs
  • Assist with the planning, safety, and quality of the works carried out
  • Survey sites to evaluate work required and ensure adequate resourcing to deliver

This is a field-based role in the South Wales area, with a mix of on-site and remote work.

Requirements:

  • Relevant managerial and operational experience or equivalent relevant practical experience
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience of managing NEC contracts
  • Previous experience in the rail industry
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills
  • Knowledge and strong commercial acumen of tendering
