As the Head of Geography and Curriculum, you will be responsible for driving forward the development of the curriculum, ensuring that it remains relevant and engaging for our students.

About the Job

This is a key leadership position within the school, requiring a strong educational background, excellent teaching skills, and effective management abilities. You will work closely with other leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that drive up standards and improve outcomes for our students.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive geography curriculum that aligns with national standards and meets the needs of our students.
  • Lead and manage a team of teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning in the department.
  • Conduct regular observations and evaluations of teaching practices to provide feedback and support for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of curriculum subjects.
  • Monitor student progress and attainment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
