Award-Winning Secondary School Seeks Experienced Leadership

We are an award-winning secondary school located in the heart of Westminster, seeking an exceptional Department Head for our highly respected Geography department. As a leader in education, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding results and providing a world-class learning experience for our students.

This is a permanent and full-time role that offers a competitive salary of ££59,615 - £68,618 per annum (MPS3 - UPS3 + TLR £14,000), plus a range of benefits including a dynamic and supportive working environment, opportunities for professional development, and a chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of students.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management, a deep understanding of the Geography curriculum, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   • Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience of leading and managing a team of teachers
  • Strong understanding of the Geography curriculum and its implementation at KS3-5
