Curriculum Developer for Geography

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our team as Head of Geography. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative curricula, ensuring that students receive a world-class education.

This is a permanent full-time position available from January 25th onwards, offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £90,000 per annum (MPS3 - UPS3 + TLR), dependent on experience. Located in the Borough, this role provides an excellent opportunity for career advancement and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative curricula in Geography
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality lessons
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support staff development
  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives and policies

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven track record of curriculum development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for teaching and learning
