Senior Children's Services Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Children's Services Manager to lead our team of care staff in delivering exceptional, child-centred care in accordance with Ofsted regulations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and inspiring teams, with a strong focus on safeguarding and child protection.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading and managing a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children in our care.
  2. Ensuring the highest levels of safety and protection for every child in care, through effective safeguarding and risk management.
  3. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the quality of care and support provided to children.
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with families, social workers, educators, and other key professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures, and ensuring that our care services are compliant.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services.
  • Significant experience supporting young people with EBD, SEMH, and other complex needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
