We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious leader to join our senior leadership team as Assistant Director of Children and Families. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Children and Families service, inspiring and motivating our teams to deliver high-quality services to children and young people in Sheffield.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified registered social worker with substantial experience of managing children's social care and working in partnership with multi-agency services. They will have a deep knowledge and understanding of all safeguarding issues and legislation, and be able to lead by example, developing integrated services with partners based on the voice and experience of children.

You will be an excellent, supportive leader, who looks after your staff wellbeing and development, successfully engaging and motivating employees through change and improvement.
