Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of case managers to ensure the delivery of clinical services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- HCPC/NMC registration.
- Significant experience in case management and leadership roles.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
