About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to work within a specialist clinical area, providing occupational therapy input with the neurobehavioral model to patients with acquired brain injury.

The successful candidate will work autonomously, using and developing skills and knowledge in neurological rehabilitation, with support and supervision from a senior OT.

Key responsibilities include managing and prioritizing a caseload of complex mental/physical health needs and/or challenging behavior, developing programmes of care, and ensuring adequate handover of programmes to rehabilitation support workers or therapy assistants.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients with acquired brain injury and a strong understanding of the neurobehavioural model.

As an Occupational Therapist with Minerva, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing innovative rehabilitation and ongoing support to ensure life after a brain injury can be a life well-lived.
