Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation and support services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe and effective delivery of clinical services to clients and their families.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless client care and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Support the recruitment and development of case managers to ensure the right skills and experience mix to meet current and future business needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous Case Management experience is highly desirable.
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or related field.
  • HCPC or NMC registration.
