Key Responsibilities:
- Work autonomously as a professional, using and developing skills and knowledge in neurological rehabilitation.
- Manage and prioritize a caseload of complex mental and physical health needs and/or challenging behavior.
- Assess, formulate, implement, and evaluate intervention using evidence-based and service-user-centered principles.
- Address occupational performance and skill deficits, enabling service users in areas of self-maintenance, productivity, education, and leisure.
- Develop programs of care, ensure adequate handover, and monitor progress.
