About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Minerva, a leading charity providing innovative rehabilitation and ongoing support to individuals with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions.

The successful candidate will work within a specialist clinical area, using their skills and knowledge in neurological rehabilitation to assess, formulate, and implement treatment plans for patients with complex mental and physical health needs.

As an autonomous professional, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing a caseload, working closely with a senior OT for support and supervision.

You will use evidence-based principles and clinical reasoning to address occupational performance and skill deficits, enabling patients to maintain independence and participate in activities that promote their well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and formulating treatment plans for patients with complex needs
  • Implementing and evaluating interventions to promote occupational performance and skill development
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
