About the Role- Lead and Inspire: Manage occupational therapy services using the BIRT Neurobehavioral model.
- Transform Care: Develop, assess, and implement personalized treatment plans for individuals with complex neurological conditions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Mentor: Provide guidance to rehabilitation support workers, overseeing task delegation, monitoring, and care plan evaluations.
- Qualifications: Diploma/BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience: Extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation with a proven ability to manage complex cases.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously while guiding a team of professionals.
- Competitive Salary: £46,000 - £52,500 per annum DOE
- Generous Leave: 38 days of annual leave, including bank holidays (pro-rata)
