Senior Occupational Therapist Lead

Merco Medical Staffing Limited is seeking a compassionate and driven leader to manage occupational therapy services within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation and a proven ability to manage complex cases.

About the Role
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage occupational therapy services using the BIRT Neurobehavioral model.
  • Transform Care: Develop, assess, and implement personalized treatment plans for individuals with complex neurological conditions.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Mentor: Provide guidance to rehabilitation support workers, overseeing task delegation, monitoring, and care plan evaluations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Diploma/BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience: Extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation with a proven ability to manage complex cases.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously while guiding a team of professionals.
