Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will be an administrative professional with excellent communication skills, prior experience in audio typing, and a willingness to adapt to new situations. They will play a pivotal role in supporting the team by preparing reports, managing the DPS system, and handling phone calls and queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and disseminate reports using Bighand for audio typing.
  • Administer the DPS system, manage current cases, and maintain organised filing systems.
  • Cooperate with fee earners, providing guidance on task management and proficiency in computer software.
  • Engage with clients, recording and addressing their concerns effectively.
  • Efficiently operate office equipment, including photocopiers and binders.
  • Offer professional assistance to partners, practice managers, and the team.
