About Our Client
Our esteemed client, a leading local law firm based in Gloucester, is seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Secretary to join their team. With a strong presence in the South East and West, they offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills, prior experience in audio typing, and a positive attitude towards teamwork. They will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Personal Injury team, coordinating activities and objectives while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispatch reports using Bighand for audio typing.
- Manage the DPS system, handle existing jobs, and maintain paper-free filing systems.
- Liaise with fee earners, ensuring task completion and proficiency in PC software.
- Handle incoming calls, queries, and requests efficiently.
- Operate office equipment effectively, such as photocopiers and binders.
- Provide expert support to partners, practice managers, and colleagues.
