Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Planner to support our Service Supervisors in the efficient and effective running of our service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Service Supervisors in allocating workloads to Routine Maintenance Engineers and responding to customer service requirements.
- Monitor Komtrax systems to identify customer service needs and schedule workloads effectively.
- Process service jobs to invoice on completion and assist in managing customer queries.
- Support the PSSR process in raising customer quotes and answer calls to redirect to relevant personnel.
- Perform data processing and general administrative duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar environment, preferably in a workshop or field-based planning role.
- GCSEs or equivalent and excellent customer relations experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills.
- IT literacy and experience with Heavy plant and machinery, as well as technical knowledge of Komatsu products, are desirable.
