Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Planner to support our Service Supervisors in the efficient and effective running of our service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Service Supervisors in allocating workloads to Routine Maintenance Engineers and responding to customer service requirements.
  • Monitor Komtrax systems to identify customer service needs and schedule workloads effectively.
  • Process service jobs to invoice on completion and assist in managing customer queries.
  • Support the PSSR process in raising customer quotes and answer calls to redirect to relevant personnel.
  • Perform data processing and general administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar environment, preferably in a workshop or field-based planning role.
  • GCSEs or equivalent and excellent customer relations experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills.
  • IT literacy and experience with Heavy plant and machinery, as well as technical knowledge of Komatsu products, are desirable.
