Mandarin Speaking Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin speaking Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at People First. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets, working closely with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure smooth delivery of products to clients, communicating effectively to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the finance team to manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment.
- Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Fluent Mandarin language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
