Mandarin Speaking Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mandarin speaking Sales Consultant to join our client's China desk in London.
About the Role:As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of China desk in achieving sales goals and targets. Your primary focus will be on dealing with agents and introducers to close deals, building and maintaining relationships, and qualifying walk-in clients within the sales and marketing suite.
You will also be responsible for conducting viewings of the marketing suites, assisting sales contracts, and providing customer service to clients from the Chinese market. Additionally, you will assist the Sales and Marketing teams in preparing onsite events for Chinese and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Dealing with agents and introducers to close deals and build relationships
- Qualifying walk-in clients within the sales and marketing suite
- Conducting viewings of the marketing suites
- Assisting sales contracts and providing customer service
- Assisting the Sales and Marketing teams in preparing onsite events
- Excellent level of Mandarin language skills, with fluency in English
- Sales experience in the property industry, preferably in luxury goods
- Educated to degree level
- High degree of personal loyalty and integrity
- Dynamic and a team player
- Ability to appreciate the big picture and have a talent for detail
- Ability to inspire confidence and gain credibility with senior management
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
