Job Overview

At VINCI Facilities, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Defence contract project team based out of Wellington Barracks covering the North London region.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver projects for the MOD across a wide-ranging property portfolio, including infrastructure projects, plant asset renewal, HVAC, chillers, electrical switchgear, life safety systems, CCTV, and BMS, hangar upgrades, MEP projects, including ULEV, demolition, and other facilities management services into the UK Defence Sector.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee work on a wide range of new projects within the construction sector, managing a team comprising project managers and project manager assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead projects such as new roof replacement on a building, building refurbishment of staff accommodation, and maintenance facilities to full new building construction and listed building works.
  • Ensure the project lifecycle is maintained at all stages and completed on time, within budget, and that agreed objectives and KPIs are achieved.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Background in one of the following disciplines: civil, mechanical, electrical, or construction design management knowledge.
  • Building regulations knowledge.
  • Able to obtain full security clearance.
