Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of business systems to optimise cost-effectiveness.
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions and process improvements for business solutions.
  • Manage financial aspects, including costing, valuation, price list production, and forecasting.
  • Lead the Infrastructure and Building Drainage teams across the Civil Engineering project portfolio.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Civil Engineer with 15+ years' experience in Highways and Infrastructure projects. They will have a proven track record in delivering significant and measurable value through effective team leadership, operational and strategic implementation, and stakeholder relationship management.

  • Technical Civil Engineering Expertise in Highways, Infrastructure, and Urban Regeneration Masterplanning projects.
  • Operational Management: development and implementation of business systems to optimise cost-effectiveness.
  • Project/programme management: end-to-end delivery of business solutions and process improvements.
  • Financial management: costing (material and operational), valuation, price list production, and forecasting.
  • Resource Management: leading the Infrastructure and Building Drainage teams across the Civil Engineering project portfolio.
