RGB Network is seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to lead our Highways and Infrastructure team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, sustainability-focused infrastructure projects and contribute to the company's strategic growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide visible leadership and develop a clear strategy to drive profitable growth within the team.
* Oversee the successful delivery of a wide range of public and private sector projects, including regeneration schemes, National Highways projects, local authority frameworks, and private developments.
* Manage technical teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Act as the technical discipline lead for larger, more complex projects.
* Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering large infrastructure and highways projects.
* Demonstrated success in generating new leads, building client relationships, and winning new business.
* Strong knowledge of highways and infrastructure design, including experience with S278 and S38 agreements.
* Proven ability to work with clients, local authorities, statutory bodies, and external design teams to ensure successful project delivery.
