We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Director to lead our business development efforts in the EMEA region. This is a high-profile opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive growth and success within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to expand our presence in the EMEA market.
- Cultivate key relationships with institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through our innovative solutions.
- Partner closely with our leadership team to design and implement product strategies that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to position our offerings effectively in the market.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in institutional equities sales and business development, preferably in electronic trading or algorithmic trading.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for driving business growth and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and manage functional frameworks in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients and team members.
- Deep understanding of market structure, competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory environment in the EMEA region.
What We Offer
