About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Director to lead our business development efforts in the EMEA region. This is a high-profile opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive growth and success within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to expand our presence in the EMEA market.
  2. Cultivate key relationships with institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through our innovative solutions.
  3. Partner closely with our leadership team to design and implement product strategies that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
  4. Lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
  5. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to position our offerings effectively in the market.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in institutional equities sales and business development, preferably in electronic trading or algorithmic trading.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage functional frameworks in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients and team members.
  • Deep understanding of market structure, competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory environment in the EMEA region.
