Pharmaceutical Care Coordinator

In this role, you will deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services within agreed pharmaceutical care standards for identified patient populations. You must do so safely, effectively, and within defined limits of responsibility, resources, and activity.
PVG Scheme membership/recording is mandatory for this position. If not already registered for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult), you will need to apply to Disclosure Scotland and obtain satisfactory results before commencing in the role.

Salary estimate: £65,000 - £85,000 per year, contingent on your location and level of experience. This figure reflects industry benchmarks and the level of expertise required for this position.
