About the Role:

This role involves working in partnership with Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust to provide employment support services to individuals accessing treatment for mental health support.

The successful candidate will be based in Worthing, West Sussex, with some remote and community-based working. As a Disability Confident Employer, we welcome applications from all candidates that meet our job specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in partnership with Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust to deliver employment support services
  • Support individuals with mental health needs back into employment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to address employment challenges

Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology
  • Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a charity sector environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
