Job Description

Our Work & Wellbeing Service in West Sussex is looking for a dedicated professional to provide employment support services to individuals with mental health conditions. As an Adult Mental Health Specialist, you will work closely with the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team, developing effective relationships with clients, their families, and relevant professionals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality employment support services, creating personalized action plans, and providing regular updates to clients. You will also maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver employment support services to individuals with mental health conditions.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families, and relevant professionals.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, or a related area).
  • Proven experience in delivering employment support services, preferably within a mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
