About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to join our team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a key member of our technology strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy for ServiceNow, aligning with our business objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow platforms, technology trends, and our technology ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow roadmaps and solutions, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
  • Lead a team of platform and domain architects, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of KPMG's technology ecosystem, including main applications and technologies interacting with ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with Capability CTOs, business, and technical SMEs to analyze and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Ensure Solution Architects produce designs that are fit for purpose, adhere to relevant standards and patterns, and leverage reusable components.
  • Contribute to the selection of specific ServiceNow technologies and influence business and technology stakeholders to adopt the right technology solutions.
  • Support the design and implementation of operating models that improve the design and delivery of successful ServiceNow deployments.
  • Evaluate and escalate risks, issues, and critical dependencies to ensure successful delivery of the strategy.
  • Participate in the technology assurance process, building reference models and ensuring standards, patterns, and reusable components are enforced.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, beyond ITSM (SecOps, HRSD, GRC, BCM, APM, CMDB, Customer Service Mgmt, IT Ops Mgmt).
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
  • Strong experience in Service Management toolset implementation and progression from a ServiceNow technical lead.
  • Pre-sales experience of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design of complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise solutions.
  • ITIL and/or TOGAF qualified.
  • Experience of working with Agile SDLC methods.
  • Data architecture and master data management.
  • Able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • High level of general technical knowledge, including current, emerging, and future technology market trends.
  • Good understanding of project management concepts.
  • Ability to leverage networks within KPMG to tap into additional expertise.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and providing clarity of direction.
