As a key member of our IT architecture team, you will be responsible for developing roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and overseeing the transformation portfolio. Your expertise will guide solution architects, ensuring compliance with standards and driving technological innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platforms and emerging technology trends within the IT landscape.
  • Lead and inspire a team of architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Develop and communicate clear objectives aligned with KPMG's strategic goals, ensuring transparency and understanding across all stakeholders.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive technology adoption and ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support the design and implementation of efficient operating models, optimizing processes and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Proactively manage risks and dependencies, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver value within defined parameters.
  • Establish and enforce technology standards across KPMG's IT infrastructure, promoting consistency and best practices.
  • Implement enterprise architecture tools to enhance governance and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Extensive expertise in the ServiceNow platform and its various modules, including a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Specialist certifications, demonstrating your proficiency in configuring and managing the platform.
  • Proven experience in implementing Service Management tools within complex IT environments.
  • Strong pre-sales background in ServiceNow solutions, showcasing your ability to articulate value propositions and engage with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in designing integrations with enterprise solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • ITIL and TOGAF qualifications, highlighting your understanding of IT service management best practices and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodologies, demonstrating your ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver value iteratively.
  • Data architecture and management skills, enabling you to design and implement robust data models that support business needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Solid understanding of project management concepts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Good grasp of Business Architecture principles, enabling you to align technology solutions with overall business objectives.
  • Experience with modelling languages and frameworks, demonstrating your ability to create clear and concise architectural diagrams.
