Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative at Clearly Development, you will be responsible for driving growth by onboarding new users, maintaining strong relationships with existing users, and supporting them throughout their journey. You'll actively gather and relay user feedback to our team to help improve the platform. In addition, you'll research new markets and opportunities for expansion, helping us grow into new areas and onboard new sellers. Your role will also focus on fostering community relations, ensuring our platform remains closely connected to its users while driving continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively reach out to potential users and onboard them onto the platform.
  • Maintain relationships with existing users, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Collect user feedback and communicate it to the internal team to drive improvements.
  • Assist in expanding into new markets by identifying and onboarding new sellers.
  • Foster and strengthen community relations to ensure ongoing engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with company goals.
  • Attend industry events and engage with potential partners to explore growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role in the technology or gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for the game development industry and a commitment to fostering community growth.
  • Dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week.
