About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Pathway Coordinator in our North Cumbria Children and Young People's Service. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a new, single point of access, referral hub within our busy Children's service.
  • Support the clinical team in maintaining and monitoring quality performance indicators/clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with other Pathway Coordinators, Team Leads, Clinical Team Managers, and Clinical Leads to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to patients and multi-disciplinary clinical teams.
  • Manage and maintain effective office systems, including diary management, arranging clinics, and meetings.
  • Collect and analyze complex data, creating accurate statistical reports and presentations.
  • Work under pressure, meeting deadlines, and upholding confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
  • General level of education to O-Level/GCSE or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including email communication.
  • Ability to maintain and update Patient Information Systems RiO.
  • Good working knowledge of office procedures and NHS policies.
  • Previous NHS administrative experience.
  • Experience of data collection and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
