We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Worker Higher Level. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing rehabilitation services to patients in the local community.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to implement rehabilitation programs in patients' homes, care homes, and group settings.
- Undertake independent visits to implement exercise programs, complete mobility practice, self-care practice, provide, fit, and check equipment as requested by the therapist.
- Collaborate with statutory and voluntary services to promote and maintain independence.
- 3 A-levels or equivalent level 3 qualification(s) and Functional Skills (level 2) or a level 3 apprenticeship, such as the Senior Healthcare Support Worker apprenticeship.
- Experience of working in health or social care, including undertaking and recording clinical observations and escalation of changes or findings.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Leadership and improvement training to support career development.
- Opportunities for further leadership and improvement training, including in-house courses and leadership apprenticeships.
