Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for Medtronic's Order-To-Delivery processes and Supply Chain operations.
  • Offer a professional level of support to the Centre of Expertise and Field Sales team.
  • Handle all incoming calls and emails, prioritizing urgent enquiries/orders and taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvement and standardization (internal/external) and participate or lead projects.
  • Support Strategic Accounts, delivering a seamless and value-added service.
Requirements
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Good communication skills (telephone and email).
  • Strong customer relationship building skills.
