As a customer support specialist at Medtronic, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support for Medtronic's Order-To-Delivery processes and Supply Chain operations.
- Offer a professional level of support to the Centre of Expertise and Field Sales team.
- Handle all incoming calls and emails, prioritizing urgent enquiries/orders and taking ownership through to resolution.
- Contribute to process improvement and standardization (internal/external) and participate or lead projects.
- Support Strategic Accounts, delivering a seamless and value-added service.
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Good communication skills (telephone and email).
- Strong customer relationship building skills.
