Data and Customer Service Specialist

Great People is a dynamic insurance company seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls for the Sales Team, supporting and managing renewal follow-up activity, and collaborating with the Sales Team to record and report sales activity and outcomes.
About the Ideal CandidateOur ideal candidate will have relevant experience in administration, sales, or account management, preferably within an insurance or financial services company. They will be proficient in using concise, clear, and appropriate language when interacting with customers and have excellent verbal and communication skills, particularly via telephone.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Support: Manage inbound calls for the Sales Team, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and providing accurate information to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Renewal Follow-up: Support and manage renewal follow-up activity, including outstanding decisions and information requests to ensure seamless transitions.
- Data Management: Collaborate with the Sales Team to record and report sales activity and outcomes, utilizing data-driven insights to inform future business strategies.
- Communication: Liaise with other functions within the business to ensure effective communication, timely resolution, and the best customer experience and outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process and function, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including death in service benefit, pension scheme, dental insurance, and performance-related bonus scheme.
