About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our fantastic team at Tenpin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience for our customers, ensuring that every visit is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer bookings, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
  • Host individuals and parties, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks, ensuring high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Full of determination, enthusiasm, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A nothing is too much trouble attitude.
  • Able to provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills.
  • Fully flexible around working pattern, including evenings and weekends.
  • Be approachable and helpful.
  • Be organised and able to multi-task.
  • A strong team player.
