Sales Planning Lead

The AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) - F93 team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Startups Annual Planning (AP) Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Planning team, you will be responsible for designing, innovating, and developing the planning experience for the Amazon Global Sales (AGS) Field Sales Operations (FSO) and the Sales teams. Your mission will be to create effective plans to engage customers in adopting AWS cloud services throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a strategic plan for executing annual planning in support of the Startups organization's business strategy.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement new tools and automation in support of annual planning.
* Represent the Startups Sales organization in policy design and development of operational solutions that scale.
* Identify and drive timely resolution of issues and challenges related to annual planning.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
