We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our Research Service team on a permanent basis. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, including finance, HR, and facilities management.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Co-ordinate and maintain accurate records of research projects and activities.
  • Process financial transactions, including purchasing orders and invoices.
  • Assist with event planning and organisation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including academics, researchers, and contractors.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Research Service.

**Requirements:**

  • NVQ 2/GCSE level A-C or equivalent (to include English and Maths).
  • Experience of working in an administrative or office environment.
  • Proficient in using common office IT packages (e.g. MS Office, including spreadsheets, email and calendar systems).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of people, including handling confidential information.

**Salary Range:** £24,600 - £25,433 per annum. **Job Category:** Admin / Clerical. **Grade:** Grade 3.
