EMEA Cruise Sales Representative

This EMEA Cruise Sales Representative role involves cultivating and maintaining customer relationships, initiating calls, and recommending modifications to products and services that promote customer retention and drive direct sales.
Responsibilities:- Promote sales to direct EMEA guests through SF Campaigns and lead generation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, establish rapport, and identify customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain consumer prospect lists and contact databases, identifying guest travel trends and promoting RSSC products accordingly.
A strong verbal communication skillset, including professional telephone etiquette, is essential. Microsoft Word applications and experience with travel reservations systems are a plus.
