About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Regent Seven Seas Cruises products directly to guests from all EMEA countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to direct EMEA guests by initiating calls and identifying travel needs.
  • Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting customer retention goals.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining consumer prospect lists and contact databases.

The ideal candidate will have minimum one year sales experience, preferably in cruise sales, and familiarity with global travel destinations. A post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
