CRM and Loyalty Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced CRM and Loyalty Expert to join our team as a Digital Marketing Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
About the RoleYou will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective retention strategies, including loyalty, rewards, and gamification programs. You will also be responsible for providing input into the CRM operating budget and overseeing the efficient use of marketing spend.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Provide input into the CRM operating budget and oversee the efficient use of marketing spend
- Lead a team of marketers to ensure successful campaign execution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on retention and customer engagement
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a team of marketers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience
