Job Summary:
The Retention and Loyalty Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing customer retention strategies, analyzing customer data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring KPIs to measure success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and drive revenue growth
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve player experience and loyalty programs
- Monitor and report on KPIs to measure success

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer retention or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools

Salary and Benefits:
