Clinical Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Practitioner - Addiction Services to provide expert care and support to individuals struggling with addiction in Gillingham. The salary for this role is £35,392 - £39,405 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in substance misuse and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with addiction. They will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions and support service users in achieving long-term recovery.
The post involves regular home visits, which requires a clean driving license and access to a vehicle. In addition, a background in nursing and NMC registration is essential.
