About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Transformation Unit in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to premature, sick babies and their families.

Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and ambitious nurse practitioner to take on a challenging role in our tertiary level NICU. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the clinical care and management of critically ill newborns, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.

As a senior member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the development of our unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the clinical care and management of premature, sick babies and their families.
  2. To work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of our patients and their families.
  3. To promote a culture of evidence-based practice, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with agreed policies, protocols, and guidelines.
  4. To contribute to the development of our team, sharing your expertise and experience to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • RN or RSCN with a degree.
  • ANNP qualification to a master's degree from an accredited UK University provider.
  • ENB 405 (or equivalent).
  • ENB 998 (or equivalent).
  • Registered Non-Medical Prescriber.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
